Overwhelming response to the fitness calculator

Last Thursday, our fitness calculator was presented in NY Times Well Blogg (What’s your ‘Fitness Age’?) Since then, over 1 mill people has visited the calculator online to check out their fitness age. And, the brand old news (the calculator was launched 2 years ago) has spread to more than 150 international media, e.g. Sydney Morning Herald and Daily Mail. We are totally overwhelmed over this massive attention, and this truly inspires to further dissemination of our research in public.

AppKnappMy mailbox is full of questions from people all over the world who wants to know more about fitness age, what this means for them, and many practical details on how to use the calculator. Individual response is challenging, and in a short time we will answer frequently asked questions here on the blog and at our webpage. You may also find some answers in this article about fitness numbers.

Satisfied over your fitness age – or disappointed and a little bit embarrased? Whatever result you got from the calculator, we hope it inspires to carry on with an active lifestyle!
