Tried our 7 week exercise program?

Then Brita Helleborg wants to get in touch with you. She tried our fitness calculator a while back. She is 60 years and got exactly that as her fitness age. Yet she was not completely satisfied.

“I was disappointed, I thought I was in better shape than the average. I tested the calculator by adding various answers to the questions, and found out that what was needed to reduce the fitness age was high intensity workoutHellborg says.

She decided to try a program she had tried a couple of times before. She worked hard for one minute and then caught her breath the next minute.

“Tha Tuesday after I read an article in the newspaper about the 7 week exercise program. I got interested, searched online and found out that the fitness calculator I had used two weeks earlier was from the same research group. Then I was motivated to jump over in this program,” Hellborg says about why she started with the exercise program.

The last 25 years she has exercised together with friends once a week, but she find it difficult to push herself hard. Twice before, she tried to get better fitness by using different programs, but stopped, so this time she decided to blog about her exercise.

When others know that I do this, it is much harder for me to quit,” she says about why she has chosen to share her experiences.

It is easier to continue exercising when I can do it together with someone. I would like to learn from others who have had the same challenge and come through it. It would be good to ask others about their experiences“, she says.

We hope Brita succeed in getting in touch with others who have experience with the program, and that she will enjoy the benefits of exercise both these weeks and afterwards.

Several people have contacted us asking what they should do after the 7 weeks. We will make a follow-up program next year, but until then: continue both cardio exercise and strength training on large muscle groups. Find activities you enjoy!
