Several of us have arthritis, and these hikes have become an addiction to function well. The hikes give us more energy, better mood, nature experiences and better health. This picture is taken at Stordalselva in Bøfjorden this summer. We came up after a tiring trip, but to we would not give up on reaching the top! Lovely!”
