Alternative ways of treadmill running

The warm and sunny season is approaching the end and many of us will return to indoor training, at least on the most rainful autumn days. Treadmill running is a very common and effective method to improve fitness, but we have to admire that it is not the most entertaining activity. But don’t worry – the world is full of extremely creative souls and in this video we are presented to several untraditional ways to give the treadmill session the extra touch.

And, just a little warning in case you haven’t discovered it – too high speed on the treadmill is funny the three first seconds. After that, it is still funny, but only for everyone else than yourself.
